About Christoph
Christoph B. Fuchs, partner and manager of the Zurich office, joined William Blair in 1990 as institutional sales representative in its Vaduz, Liechtenstein office covering institutional clients in Switzerland and Germany. In 1995, Christoph moved to Zurich and opened William Blair's office in Switzerland's financial center. Before joining William Blair, he was head of Equity Sales and Marketing at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. in Zurich, where he worked for four years. Christoph began his career at Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. in Zurich after graduating from KV Business School in 1980. At Julius Baer, he became a financial analyst covering the U.S. equities market. In addition, he was the assistant to the manager of 'Grobar', Julius Baer's investment fund for small growth stocks, and was also a member of the bond/convertible bond and stock selection committee at Julius Baer.
