(Clearlake), in connection with its sale to Siemens AG (Siemens) (FRA:SIE) for $1.575 billion of upfront cash consideration, along with $300 million in cash earn-out payments, for a total of $1.875 billion.

William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Lightspeed Systems in connection with its strategic growth investment from Genstar Capital, joining existing investor Madison Dearborn Partners.
