About John
John Kreger, partner, is the director of research in William Blair’s Equity Research Group. John spent 22 years as a healthcare services analyst with the firm before his promotion in July 2022. Before his time with William Blair, John worked as a healthcare services analyst at Vector Securities International for five years, where his research coverage encompassed disease management, managed care, and pharmaceutical outsourcing. Before becoming an analyst, he was a biotechnology research associate at Vector for three years. John received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
