About Julian
Julian Gendels, managing director, private shares trading, is a top producer in the direct secondary market, having previously worked at Forge Global and Piper Sandler Companies. He joined William Blair in November 2022. Julian has a deep understanding of the secondary market and its dynamics, as well as a vast network of contacts. His expertise and experience in the field have enabled him to successfully complete over $1 billion in transaction volume. He has a proven record for structuring complex deals and transactions and negotiating and closing deals. He is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about his work and is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals.
Julian graduated from Union College in 2015 with a double major in economics and anthropology.
