About Pratik
Pratik Mehta is a managing director for William Blair based in the firm’s San Francisco office. As a senior member of the Technology team, Pratik focuses on infrastructure software with a sector expertise in cybersecurity and its adjacencies.
Pratik joined William Blair’s investment banking team in 2024 and has over 12 years of experience advising high-growth technology companies on a wide range of transactions, including strategic advisory, M&A, private capital raises, and public offerings.
Before joining William Blair, Pratik was a member of the Technology Investment Banking teams at Bank of America and Barclays. Earlier in his career, he worked as a software engineer in Bank of America’s IT team building out their sales and trading systems and platform.
