Fortune magazine recently named William Blair to its "30 Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance" list for 2016. Fortune, through its partnership with Great Rated!, compiled the results and ranked William Blair 26th.
The list is based on feedback from more than 41,000 employees surveyed in the U.S. financial services and insurance sector. Companies with the highest employee rankings in regards to trust, camaraderie, and respectful treatment made the top 30.
"If you have a good idea here, the firm encourages you to run with it," said one William Blair employee who was surveyed. "They want to be kept informed but they don't micro-manage you."
