About Ben

Ben Curtis, partner, co-head of the west region for institutional equities, joined William Blair (Chicago) in 1996. In 2001, he helped open the San Francisco office in an effort to expand William Blair’s geographic footprint. He has been a part of the firm’s Mission, Vision, and Values Working Group since its inception and is also a member of the Community Impact Steering Committee. Before joining William Blair, he worked for Goldman Sachs in New York and Chicago.

Ben graduated from Denison University in 1993, where he earned a B.A. in economics and religion. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children.
