About Cheryl

Cheryl Klingler, J.D., is the director of human capital for William Blair Investment Management L.L.C. In this role, she is responsible for all talent strategy and management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development activities. She also provides development and oversight of firmwide policies and talent initiatives. Before joining the firm in 2004, Cheryl founded an HR consulting firm and operated it for eight years. Before that, she was an attorney in private practice. Cheryl earned a B.S. from Loyola University of Chicago and a J.D. from Western Michigan University.
