Doug Blauw, partner, joined William Blair in 1995 and serves as head of Midwest sales. Before joining William Blair, he worked at CS First Boston, having success in sales and capital market roles in Chicago and New York. Douglas graduated from Indiana University in 1991 and resides in La Grange, Illinois with his wife and four children.
