Before joining William Blair, Eileen worked at Raymond James, Merrill Lynch, Advest, Inc., and Newburger and Co.
Eileen is an active member of her community, serving as a lector and Eucharistic minister with Saint Philip Neri Church. She lives in Lafayette Hill with her husband, Thomas. Together they have three adult daughters, Laura, Janine, and Jill, and six grandchildren.
