About Franziska
Franziska Laepple is a senior institutional relationship manager for William Blair Investment Management. In this role, she is responsible for pan-European client relationship management. Before joining William Blair in 2020, Franziska was a client director at Ninety One (formerly Investec Asset Management), where she managed client relationships in Germany and Austria. Before that, Franziska was a director of alternatives business development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at AllianceBernstein; in that role, she was responsible for developing the firm’s alternatives offerings for institutional clients. Before that, Franziska worked in a number of client relationship roles at AllianceBernstein, serving institutional and advisory clients in continental Europe and the United Kingdom since 2005. Franziska received an M.A. from the University of Passau.
