About Jeff
Jeff Golden, managing director, advises high-net worth families on investments and planning. He works closely with clients on managing their investment portfolios and constructing comprehensive financial plans, implementing changes when necessary to reflect changes in their lives and monitoring the progress of the plan as it relates to his clients’ goals.
Jeff joined the Private Wealth Management group at William Blair in 2010. Previously, he was with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney where he began his career as a financial advisor in 2002. He brings with him over 20 years of investment experience. In July 2008, Jeff earned his Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation from the College for Financial Planning. Previously, he worked for Océ North America in sales. Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI).
