Lisa Kwong is a registered senior client relationship associate with Team Ward at William Blair. In her role, Lisa is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, working with clients on administrative and operational requests, including money movement, account paperwork, and all client inquiries. Before joining William Blair, Lisa worked at First Republic and previously at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, where she advanced from bank teller to financial solutions advisor.
