About Matt
Matt Larew, partner, joined William Blair in 2012 and covers life science tools and healthcare delivery. In 2018, Institutional Investor named Matt a Rising Star for the All-America Research Team. In the 2019 StarMine Analyst Awards from Refinitiv, Matt was ranked the No. 3 stock picker for healthcare providers and services. Before receiving an M.B.A. in finance and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Iowa, Matt completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a B.S. in biological sciences. Matt worked as a research assistant at the University of Iowa Bone Healing Research Lab before pursuing his graduate degrees.
