About Matt
Matt Wilson is a wealth advisor with The Marshall Team in William Blair’s Private Wealth Management group. He joins the firm after a 25-year career in fundraising and alumni engagement at the University of Illinois, including fourteen years working with private donors at the University of Illinois Foundation. Matt has been a client of William Blair for twenty years, and brings that experience as well as his background as a trusted relationship builder to the team.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Illinois and earned his M.B.A. at the Gies College of Business. He and his wife, Lisa, live in Champaign with their two daughters.
