About Michael
Michael Walsh is a partner and wealth advisor in William Blair’s Private Wealth Management group. He has been in the financial services industry since 1991. Before joining William Blair, Michael was with Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan, where he held multiple leadership roles, including serving as the West region head for J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank responsible for the firm’s businesses in the western half of the United States. Before moving to California, Michael led and built J.P. Morgan’s businesses in the southeastern United States.
Michael earned an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a B.A. in English from Emory. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
