About Will
Will Hernandez is a business manager with The Moss Team in William Blair’s Private Wealth Management. In this role, he focuses on technology efficiencies, operations, onboarding, and bringing William Blair’s resources to the client experience. Will began his career with William Blair on the internal audit team before transitioning to Private Wealth Management.
Will earned his B.S. in accounting, finance, and international business from Indiana University. In his spare time, he volunteers with Chicago’s Urban Initiatives and uses his native Spanish to assist families who need translation help. In addition, he mentors a college student through the HEAR foundation. He is passionate about travel, his friends and family, intramural volleyball, and the Chicago Cubs and IU basketball.
