About Jim
Jim Devins is a partner and wealth advisor in William Blair’s Private Wealth Management group. With over 35 years in the financial advisory business, Jim has helped individuals, families, and foundations build and preserve their wealth. His investment strategies are based on a thorough understanding of his clients’ unique needs and objectives. Using this information, along with his many years of experience and the vast resources available through William Blair, Jim creates customized portfolios to meet the specific goals of each client.
Jim holds a B.S. in economics from University of Massachusetts. He is on the board of The Bridge Center, a program offering therapeutic recreation and equine-assisted therapy for individuals with disabilities. In addition, he coaches basketball for the Special Olympics. Jim is the father of three daughters and resides with his wife in Dedham, MA.
