About Madison
Madison Wright is the ESG Integration Lead for William Blair, contributing to firmwide integration of Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives. Madison leads a comprehensive strategy for engagement in sustainability efforts across departments, sectors, themes, and geographies. She is also responsible for William Blair’s sustainability communication and reporting priorities. Based in London, Madison also leads the European portion of the firm’s Women’s Alliance and is part of the London Community Engagement Committee.
Madison joined William Blair in 2019 as part of Investment Management in London working with clients internationally. Prior to joining William Blair, she spent three years at Aberdeen Standard Investments, working with ESG focused clients across Europe. Before that, she worked for Westminster Wealth Management in London.
Madison is currently pursuing her Executive M.B.A. at London Business School, received an M.Sc. in Management (Finance) with distinction from Durham University and a B.Sc. in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics. In her free time, she enjoys figure skating and other fitness pursuits.
