Industry Designation	Assigned directly to one of the following teams across equity research: Healthcare Technology Biotechnology Consumer Global Services Global Industrial Financial Services
Program Highlights	Participation in William Blair’s Annual Growth Stock Conference Work 1-1 with an analyst on a project, typically an industry report Firmwide speaker series Access to MyPath courses in learning management system
Advancement Opportunity	Successful completion of the program may result in full-time offer post graduation.
