William Blair Investment Management portfolio manager Yvette Babb was quoted in Bloomberg’s coverage of the global effort to restructure the debt of the emerging markets, with Zambia most recently making headlines on the issue.
Related to the recent negotiations in Zambia and Ghana taking an extended period of time, Babb told Bloomberg that it “creates questions on the speed of restructuring of other distressed assets, and if they may be able to reach a conclusion.”
