William Blair’s Adam Filkin, managing director and head of Consumer Products and Services investment banking, was quoted in an Axios article highlighting the current level of activity for private equity investment and M&A transactions in the consumer sector.
“Many of the private equity investors in the consumer landscape have a pretty well-developed thesis on investing in services that touch the consumer,” Filkin told the publication.
