William Blair served as exclusive financial advisor to KKR in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Agiloft, a portfolio company of FTV Capital (FTV). As part of the transaction, FTV made an additional investment in the company, and JMI Equity (JMI) joined as a new, minority investor. The transaction closed on July 12, 2024.
