William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to LumApps, a portfolio company of Eurazeo, Goldman Sachs Growth, Bpifrance, and IRIS Capital Group (IRIS) in connection with its pending strategic investment from Bridgepoint Group (Bridgepoint) in a deal valued at $650 million. The transaction was announced on May 28, 2024, and is expected to close in July 2024 subject to customary approvals by regulatory authorities.
