Motus (logo) has Agreed to Receive a Strategic Investment from Permira (logo) and Thoma Bravo (logo)

William Blair acted as lead financial advisor to Motus, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, in connection with its pending strategic investment from Permira. Existing investor Thoma Bravo will be reinvesting as part of the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021.
