Ben Riback Discusses PE’s Appetite for Baked Goods in The Deal

William Blair Investment Banking managing director Ben Riback was quoted in The Deal in its coverage of private equity’s appetite for investments in companies producing products in the baked goods category.

“We continue to see migration away from the center of the store to fresh baked goods, in conjunction with continued openness from the consumer to indulge,” Riback told the publication.
